Herb is a successful entrepreneur and operations executive with extensive experience in the creation and management of start-up and mid-size organizations in both the energy and telecommunications industries. He founded and sold his multi-million dollar telecommunications start-up to an international telecommunications organization. Following the sale of his company, Herb functioned as an energy industry consultant and business development expert for several East Coast energy marketing customer acquisition companies.

Matt Judkin, Vice President Sales brings vision and passion to every aspect of the company. He is an active participant in the day-to-day operation, while maintaining an exterior view to continuously monitor and analyze statistics and evaluate data to better deliver a quality product to our clients. An adept multi-tasker, Matt might be tagging on a call, implementing incentive programs for the telesales reps, streamlining training techniques, whatever is needed to provide the very best product for our client. Matt brings his background in sales to client programs and is responsible for transferring his knowledge and sales expertise to over 100 salespeople in order to meet client sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Prior to AGR Group, Inc., Matt was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Co-Founder of Mueller Energy Group.

Matt's background includes acting as the Director of Sales and Business Development for David Morse & Associates, establishing a successful regional start-up organization for the company. He is also a veteran fund-raiser in the field of the humanities and has been personally responsible for raising over $5 million in charitable contributions.

Sheldon Goldberg, Vice President Information Technology has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry. He was the founder of one of the internet's first software company, HURLnET. The company developed billing and provisioning software for such companies as British Telcom, Earthlink and Citrix Systems.
